Internal Assessment engagements are custom tailored to review functions, programs and procedures to identify and document internal “best practices” as well as those that need to be improved, re-defined, expanded or eliminated.

Her work energizes teams to commit to a broader perspective, integrate and collaborate with other teams and adapt to changes in the internal and external environments.
Completing an in-depth internal assessment has become an integral component of the Brand Building Process and most Stakeholder Intelligence Engagements.
Other representative projects:
- Advised the management of several law firms on the search and selection of the first chief marketing officer.
- Retained by a consulting/accounting firm to develop a recruitment strategy and program to improve the selection and retention of high quality college recruits and experienced laterals.
- Consulted with several professional service firms on the development of a proactive, market-facing marketing function and infrastructure, including policies, procedures, service standards, communications and staff.
- Re-designed the RFP and new business proposal strategy and process for several firms.
- Counseled Executive Committee members on the design and implementation of a firm-wide Operational Improvement Strategy and Plan.
